Announcing the launch of our new website
After seven months of hard work and dedication, we are delighted to officially announce the launch of the newly redesigned GRASP website, developed in collaboration with Code for Romania as part of their Civic Tech 911 programme.
Our goal for the new website is to provide our members, partners and supporters with a more intuitive and user-friendly experience that clearly states who we are, what we stand for, and ways to get involved in supporting our work locally and globally.
The website features a refreshed look, improved navigation and a handful of features which will make the overall experience more impactful across multiple devices. More so, through the redesign of the layout, style, and the way information is being presented we’re now placing a stronger emphasis on showcasing our local chapters and the projects and initiatives we are developing for our global community of young Romanian professionals.
“We hope our new website reflects clearly the direction of our global network as we look to the future. Our partnership with Code for Romania, enabled us to build a website that clearly articulates who we are, what we do and the value which we can bring to our global community of young Romanian professionals.” – Catalin Parascan, Vice-President Global Strategy, GRASP
The new website is just a first step in our efforts to digitally transform our organisation. Our digital goals for 2021 and beyond include:
- putting digital at the heart of our organisation: finding ways to use technology to connect young Romanian professionals around the world;
- creating a streamlined experience for our members, partners and supporters; and
- strengthening our communities by using data-driven digital infrastructure.
‘We really enjoyed working on developing GRASP’s new website as this will enable them to reach more young Romanian professionals who wish to drive positive change in their local communities around the world.’ – Olivia Vereha, Chief Operations Officer, Code for Romania
Highlights of our new website include:
- New dedicated area for our local chapters showcasing locally-led projects and initiatives;
- A new ‘Stories’ area where we will be sharing the latest stories from our communities around the world;
- A page focused on ways to ‘Get involved’ where individuals, partners and supporters with a shared purpose can create change for the Romanian diaspora around the world;
As we look forward, we are planning further improvements that will provide the best user experience possible. We will be constantly updating the blog page where you can learn about our latest news and helpful information. We are extremely interested in what you think so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or suggestions on how we can improve our website.
